Multi-link prides itself in its strong, flexible, multi-skilled and highly qualified management team. The current management team has shown great zeal to realize company’s objectives and it consists of:-
Mr. Michael Njoroge, The Managing Director holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B). He has worked at United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP) and as a Manager at Barclays Bank. He brings in vast experience and skills in entrepreneurship, in the field of finance, strategic planning and diplomacy. He has a passion for transition to green economy and protection of the environment which led to his interest in undertaking a profitable venture providing environmental friendly technologies.
Mr. Evans Lagat (LL.B, LL.M, CPA-K, CPS), The company secretary is an advocate of the high court and also a certified public accountant (CPA- K) and Certified Public Secretary (CPS) and holds a master’s degree in law (LL.M).
Mr. Silas Jakakimba (LL.B, LL.M, PH.D cand.), John Silas Jakakimba, holds a PHD in Laws, was honored for being the youngest student to ever graduate with masters of laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Nairobi and brings to the Board vast business network.
Mrs. Elizabet Karanja (MBA, B.com.), Elizabeth brings in 10 years experience in Project Management, having managed renewable projects including in Kenya and Rwanda. She now leads a strong multinational team in developing our Mai Mahiu 40MW solar project.
Mr. Chris Gitimu (BA.Econ, Dip-Ins), Chris has been doing business in the insurance sector for over 15 years.
Ms Laureen Adhiambo, The HR Manager has studied HRM in Britain, a country well renowned for its HR practices. She has also studied Project Management and has been successfully managing Multi-link’s projects to date. She comes up with ways of ensuring the company becomes more productive by providing effective methods in its business operations.
Mr. Paul Ng’ang’a, The Marketing Manager has 13 years’ experience in sales and marketing. He is in charge of planning and coordinating all marketing activities. His key duties and responsibilities entail; developing and implementing marketing plans, reviewing and reporting marketing activities and results, developing pricing strategy, determining current and future market requirements and staying abreast with current market conditions and competitor activities.
Miss Viola Otieno, The Production and Service Manager, has a degree in manufacturing engineering and leads our technical team ahead of local production. She has also worked at British American Tobacco (BAT). Her key duties and responsibilities includes but are not limited to; drawing up an effective production schedules, working out the resources required, selection and maintenance of equipment, overseeing the production process, liaising with the various departments and establishing contacts with other clients like suppliers.
Ms. Joyce Njenga, She is the Project Manager tasked with ensuring delivery of the companys projects in the clean energy field. This includes ensuring project milestones are successfully met on time and budget across a number of projects.
Mr. Paul Gathegu, The IT Manager, has studied Business Administration and Computer Science at Strathmore University, Nairobi. He also holds an Advanced diploma in Computer Science and Business Administration from Strathmore University. He is in charge of overseeing the development and maintenance of the IT strategic plan.
